Run in conjunction with The Evening Echo and Asics on Wednesday August 25th, This Running seminar is designed to offer a personalised service where you have the opportunity to get expert running advice first-hand.

There will be specialists available on the day, such as an ASICS Technical Representative (trained to help you find the right shoe type for your running style, through a Free individual assessment) Peter Maher sports injury therapist & former Olympic Marathoner who will speak about typical running/walking injuries and Marion Lyons (St Finbars AC) Fit4Life Coach & Former Irish International who will speak on training and nutrition so you can get the answers to all your running questions.
